How it works
A heat pump extracts heat from the outside air or ground and upgrades it to heat your home and hot water — delivering several units of heat for every unit of electricity used.

Heat-loss survey, system design, outdoor and indoor unit installation, cylinder and controls, radiator upgrades where needed, commissioning and certification.
Typical timescale
Typical installations take two to five days on site, with the full process from survey to commissioning usually taking four to eight weeks.
